I hate writing content! Can you help?

All of our items have the main points done for you already. Heading, subtitles, a little content - we’ve got you covered. Then we give you the space and guidelines to put in your content like information about your practice, what sets you apart, etc. We won’t write your content from scratch (because each practice is unique) but we can work with content on your website or additional info you provide to create a final product you love.

Additionally, TMK materials are designed by an SLP who will work with you to edit and iron out details as needed. Not sure how to explain your certifications or the difference is between speech and language? Let us help you.

 

My practice is different from others. Can you create marketing for me?

Absolutely. We have worked with audiology practices, multi-disciplinary practices, dyslexia centers, and many others that serve specialized populations. The Executive Kit (or higher) will be a good fit for you as it allows for the customization you're looking for.


Is every design different?

Yes. At Therapy Marketing Kit, out goal is to provide affordable marketing solutions to SLP (and other) private practices in a way that as is simple and easy as possible. When we design for a practice, we start with one of our main templates (we're always adding more!). These are created by an SLP with SLPs in mind. From there, we make changes to colors, content, images, and sometimes even fonts, to create a marketing package that is branded just for your business. While your marketing may have a similar layout and structure to other designs, each design is different.


How much can I customize my design?

It depends. All designs (single items as well as kits) always include branding - matching colors to your brand and logo and incorporating your logo into the design. We will also include an About Me section, where appropriate, as well as your contact information. If you are looking for highly-customized content, changes in layout, or specific fonts and/or graphics, the Executive Kit or CEO Kits would be the best fit for you. If you are looking for a completely custom design created for you from scratch, then Therapy Marketing Kit may not be the best fit for you.


How does the process work? How do you know what to put in my marketing?

It's simple! Once you order, you will receive an electronic questionnaire that will include the information we need to get started on your marketing. Sometimes, we are able to take content directly from your website. You will then receive a proof and opportunities to make any edits or changes in accordance with your package. Once you are happy with your order, we will provide you with a digital folder of all your files ready to print.


How long will it take to get my final designs?

Usually 2-4 weeks. From the time you submit the necessary information, a first proof is usually completed within a week. From there, the process is largely determined by the timeliness of any edit requests. Most edits can be done within a few days. Some clients have had a finished product in about a week, while others have taken much longer. If you are on a time crunch - please just let us know and we will try to work with you.


Do I need to be tech-savvy?

Somewhat. While we can set up short meetings if needed, almost all of our correspondence is done electronically. Throughout the process, you will need to attach and receive files by e-mail. You should be comfortable with this.


Can I reprint my designs?

Of course. Upon completion of your project, you will receive digital files that you can save on your computer and print as many times as you want. They're yours.


What images will be on my design?

All of our designs include stock images, which we adjust to suit the needs of your business and the clients you serve. We have a library of images to select from that suit the needs of most practices we work with. If you're looking for something specific or specialized, we can purchase an image to be used in your marketing, at an additional fee. You also have the option of providing your own stock images or photos of your practice. Please keep in mind that if you're looking for customized images, the Executive or CEO Kits are likely the best fit for you.


There are other private practices near me. I don't want my marketing to look the same. How do you handle this?

When we get inquiries for new marketing designs, we reference our database to make sure your design is completely different from any we may have designed nearby within the past year. We have multiple designs that we work from, and these are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  


Do you design logos?

No. We do not design logos. However, we have an amazing colleague we'd love to refer you to if this is what you need!


Do you print my marketing for me?

The services of Therapy Marketing Kit, including the priced on the website do not include printing or physical products. However, we have a relationship with a trusted, local, family-owned print shop and are able to provide printing of Marketing Kits for our customers at an additional cost. We will take care of everything once you have approved your designs and you will receive finished, printed copies of all of your materials at a price that is comparable to many online print-shops.
